On sat we added to our collection and mum bought me a Bluebelle, a Silver Link and Maran/Plymouth Rock Cross (speckled hen)... they are only 16 and 18 weeks old so not currently laying...

 

What colour eggs to your bluebelles lay?

Silver links (little white hen)

and Speckled hens lay???

 

Just wondered if there was much of a variation or if they were all brown eggs?

I have a Speckledy and she lays dark brown speckled eggs

 

Can't help with the other two.

Our Speckledy lays a darker brown egg than the others, but no speckles.

Our speckledy lays lovely dark brown speckled eggs, our bluebell lays light brown/biege eggs, haven got a silver link.

My bluebell used to lay quite pale, creamy eggs and my speckeldy lays darkish brown ones.

My Speckledy lays a dark brown speckled egg, the Bluebelle lays a pinky beige egg ( definite pink tinge to it )

Our Bluebelles' eggs are the same colour as the Amber Stars which is 'normal' brown egg coloured.

my bluebelles eggs are a normal brown egg (maybe a little deeper with a kind of warmer blush to it)

My Bluebelle lays a pale pink egg with white dots, they have never been very big though.

 

It seems that from reading the previous answers they lay whatever colour egg they want to

Our Silverlink lays a darker brown egg she is also the most placid and quietest of our four did you get them from Upsoms by any chance ?

oooh my bluebelle has the loudest 'voice' but only if she's spooked or if you distrurb her in her laying. oooooofffff she lets you know of her annoyance.
