Well the eggs are due on Sunday

 

I candled last Sunday and only 3 weren't fertile so I have left...

 

6 Anconas LF

1 Light Sussex LF

3 Dark Brahmas LF

 

2 RIR Bantams

2 Millefleur Dotte Bantams

3 Partridge Dotte Bantams

1 Black Dotte Bantams

2 Frizzle Pekins

1 Lemon Pekin

2 Lemon Cuckoo Pekins

 

Lots of chicks

Many thanks - I was only teasing, with my 2 new orps last week and my own eggs due to hatch in the next 24hrs I really really do not need any more - two eglus & cube in a small garden and a brooder in the house are my limit - but your 100 will soon be hitting 125 I feel (I suppose you have to keep ahead of Rewing )

That's a pretty good rate so far. Oooh so exciting.

So far we have 3/4 Anconas out, 1 Partridge dotte, 1 Black dotte, 1 RIR & 1 Pekin. Possibly 1 Brahma now as well as it was close to hatching.

 

The rest are rocking away and cheeping

It's a lovely sunny day here - he is probably up the yard playing hens & horses and has forgotten about all of us sitting waiting for news.
