It looks a bit like heat rash. My nephew had it a couple of weeks ago, so I'm wondering if he's caught something off him and it's taken a while for it to come out The doctor said nephew had a virus He also told nephew to stay away from me as I'm pregnant, don't know why though, as he said it was fine for him to see the boys (it was Olly's birthday party), can't really tell Olly to stay away from me.
