Whoohoo Domino! Blinkin' 9 pages to catch up with. When I saw it I went flubberflubberflubber with my finger flipping my lips.

Anyhoo congrats on 18! Ooooh it's all growed up!

Kitty is well into pancake mode and I have noticed (Sioux also in pancake mode off and on) that when the others want to have the box to themselves they beat her up and she pancakes on the roosting bars instead - tossing up with the idea of removing the bottom drawer for the air to get under her - she also had a tummy dunking yesterday, but no. I'm surprised Nugget was "arking" thought it might be Cilla with furball broody tendencies. :D

See you all later folks - knowing you lot on page 25!

Am getting on well with a barrel Em :D Because it has the small back door it makes it easy to get eggs. I've used a cat litter tray as a nest box. As the floor lifts out i can just brush it, lift it out and wash and replace when dry. If i think it needs an extra good clean i can wash it out to as it has a drainage hole. Just wish the perch was removeable but i can reach in with my s"Ooops, word censored!"per jobbie to clean it. Am also dusting everywhere with diatom and a permethrin cat flea powder.

Morning all :D

Em, how very very exciting

*Debs prays for girls and more safe arrivals*

Can't decide what to do this morning  I am going to spend time outside with the girls, its whether I bake some cakes first, as I have football this afternoon and my sister likes cake

Just spent some fab time out with the girls. Some squabbles between oldies and newbies but nothing a squirt of water wouldn't sort out.

Although apparently a glass of orange juice is the most interesting thing ever. I sat down in the run with my juice and instantly had girls jumping up on me to investigate

Oh and Peri is broody

Going to get freshened up for football now, see you tonight xxx

Aww :mrgreen::dance:

Welcome to the crazy thread Domino .... hope you're a girl + here to stay :P

Cilla was trying to get behind the Go this morning  , so put her back in the (green eglu)

Ducks were going mad to get out + go in the trug, so assume it was the heat, and with all the excitement Nugget has jumped off the nest

Still, she has 3 weeks to decide if she wants a chick

Was meant to have a driving lesson earlier, but instructor had to cancel the lesson before mine because he's ill

Nat is in Bristol today with his friend, but no idea where the parentals are

I was thinking about the barrel lesterday Claire (uncle was looking at coops in a garden centre and wants to buy a little WIR ) ... have we ever had a photo of it in situ?

Easter egg is better than cake Debs - I'm sure Auntie Fred will let you off

Afternoon - just stopped for some lunch :)

I have been outside planting up my tubs and having a good long chat with Alice Wyandotte. She is a very chatty little chook........she was telling me all about the injustices she faces by living with the other bantams. She has to share a feeder, sleep on those horrible roosting bars and to top it all she has to share her dustbath.....with a pekin  Said pekin (onion) got a mighty telling off for daring to put a feathery foot into Alice's trug

Little Domino is fluffy up nicely :) She is still in the inccubator at the moment. I can hear other Dom eggs cheaping and think they are wobbling too. I say I think cos Domino is tearing about in there so it could be her knocking them

Now.....what to have for lunch

Afternoon all,

just popped in from the garden for a spot of lunchion. (how posh is that) lunch is not posh however. Crisp bread with tuna. I know they are endangered :( but I do love tuna)

I have been trying to avoid Sir Minky all morning as have been working in the veggies "muck Spreading" he does love to be in the muck. Drives me insane getting under my feet all the time. I have to give him a pile all to himself, but that only keep the little devil amused for a few minuets then he's back under my feet again. I am terrified that I will chop his feet off with my spade. The girls are great they get out of the way, but that boy knows no fear.

Enjoy the footie Debs.

Anymore chickies yet :?: can't wait to see another piccie of her/him.

Off for shower and a session at the gym.

See you later.
