Martin, I had a bit of a bad back a while ago, and used those heat pads that you take out of the wrapper and velcro around you. I got them from Boots. They were great! Really made me feel a bit better. They last for well over 8 hours.

erm... they were called Thermacare, and although they cost a fair bit (about £8 for three I think), it was worth it to have some relief.

Thanks Annie. My Mum bought me a similar product and it had a gel like substance in it and you stick it in the microwave. However.... It blew up. Gel all over the microwave!

I had my modular exam on Monday!!! It was the higher paper of module 3. Today we've now started work on Module 1 and handling data!
