Introducing my little pekin bantams Nugget (speckledy) and Popcorn (white) - and my very very interested little cat Missy! So far, Popcorn seems to be the chilled one - she was hanging out in the Eglu watching the world go by, as Nugget pecked about in the run and squawked at Missy the cat, but when I checked on them an hour or so ago, all tucked up for bed in the Eglu, it looked as if Popcorn had her wing over Nugget! Our Spikey Cat was like that when I got my chooks too...I have similar photos...if only he had been so brave when they were a bit bigger and free ranging...suffice to say he gives them a very very wide berth now......and supper still comes out of a packet...
