I'm back exhausted. Feet aching and throat dry. :D

Well make sure you visit the pizza sampling just down from the stand followed by ice cream and cheese cake tasting and then round the corner for alcoholic ginger beer and other delicacies

They forgot the fluffy chickens so I couldn't smuggle one but there is a most peculiar rabbit. Lots of interest in the products after a slow start but no orders taken on the day. Met quite a mixed bunch of people interested in chickens and quite a few who already had them but were interested in the houses.

Have fun and wear comfortable shoes :D

I went today, with my sister: to the garden show, not as a volunteer, but I said "hello" anyway. It was funny to see stuffed animals in the eglus :-)

The garden show was good, and the weather was fabulous 8) . I spent far too much money on plants and stuff but had a great time. I wasn't keen on the Ginger Beer (and preferred the wine on offer) but my sister loved it :) .

I wouldn't rely on freebies unless you have a miniscule appetite. However there are some very nice stalls there selling really nice sausages, paninis, roast meat inna bun, curry on chapatti and various other yummy stuff, albeit for about £3.50 to £4.00 a pop. Still better than NEC Carpet Burgers though (so named by DH as he thinks they taste like carpet, although I can't say I've ever tried carpet!).

Righty, have decided to go on Sunday. Will I need to take a packed lunch or can I scoff enough to fill me up on freebies?

See you there :P

 I'll be the one trying to shepherd four children about  We'll definitely come and say hi. I bought some nibbles to take with us so we shouldn't starve.
