Cinnamon
The classic BBC comedy 'The Good Life' is to return to our screens...............as a reality show. Sue Perkins & Giles Coren, who were so good together in 'Supersizers' are growing veggies, grazing goats in the park & weaving their own clothes. They will also generate their own power, & while experts are on hand if they need themthey are mostly expected to work things out for themselves. Sounds like fun! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1294520/The-Good-Life-recycled-BBC-reality-fronted-Sue-Perkins-Giles-Coren.html
C&T
That could be good! I'll look out for that one! I think Sue is funny - and they do work well together.

Guest
They can be a bit irritating but on the whole I like them hmmmm, I agree, I hope they don't ruin it by messing around too much
Griffin
I'm madly in love with Giles Coren They've been filming for a couple of months now, Giles thinks he nearly died because a chicken walked near him

bluekarin
I love those two together! How exciting! The only thing I don't like about Giles is how he eats his food But he's so lovely, I'll forgive him that
Cinnamon
He is a bit of a pig when it comes to his food, isn't he? But then he is a restaurant critic,so I guess enthusiasm should be expected......not that that is any excuse for poor manners,of course. They work really well together. Claret,I think you would really enjoy 'Supersizers' - you should check it out!
The Dogmother
Claret,I think you would really enjoy 'Supersizers' - you should check it out! What's it about? Cinnamon
It's vaguely educational too Clare,so Rosie would like it too. Basically they live,as far as they can,and eat from a certain period in time. There has been the 70's,Regency times,Victorian and so forth. They have a chef or cook recreate the foods of the time, and there have been some weird and wonderful things they have had to live on. Actually, Supersizers is a very misleading title for it. Valkyrie
OH was a bit upset at that news. He said they are really sad and unoriginal. Um, he really loved that programme, so it's hit a raw nerve.
