Guest
Oh I am sorry. Chickens shouldn't have such weird names then. If I got to name all varieties I would call them chicken 1 2 3 4 5 etc so people knew how to spell it considering it sounds fine every way they are spelled. jellykelly
I have just today collected my copy ofthe manual from the library. I must say that I'm impressed with it - it covers everything from cleaning routines to killing and dressing meat birds. I wouldn't wait until xmas though - treat yourself now. Valkyrie
A smallholding please and then more chickens and some alpacas. Maybe some porkers and sheepies. And a separate garden so that chickens have their field and I have mine. Is that too much you think? Then the Barbieduckles. Ooh I like faverolles too, krienkoppes, must have blue/green egg layers. Arghhhhhh! No, don't start me off with the never ending list of birdies. Did I mention ducks and geese? No? Them too then.
NatalieC
I would like a cube please - this is actually what I was supposed to be getting last year, only my OH got a bit confused between the last conversation we had (and all the hints I'd dropped) and the big day itself. What I actually got was..... a bike. I am the last person you should buy a bike for as I hate bike riding and the one he bought was one we'd seen months earlier and I had said "thats quite a nice bike, if I had to have a bike thats the one I'd have but DO NOT buy it for me because I would never ride it!". I can still picture the excited smile on his face as he brought the box in (at that point I realised a cube would not fit into a thinnish box!). Anyway, I now have my own cube fund (I'm saving £2 coins) and my cube chart where I cross off a square every time I get a £2 coin. I'm over halfway there so I can buy my own this year! All I need then will be some new girls!!!
