Losing one of our precious girls is never easy . Similar to Beach Chick in that Chance is the last of my orginal six ex-batts (though at 27 months out she's still as cheeky as ever) and when she goes it will be the end of an era. Having lost four chickens now i'm dreading having to go though it again but it's not stopping us getting any more.
