Recommended Posts

Seriously, give me a shout if you need helpb etween Christmas and new year - I'll be happy to help if we're not too busy. Sheep wrangling is fun... so long as you feed me cake.

I'd like to match that offer!

Count me in too! I love sheep!

(The OH can come and learn to love sheep):lol:

No! - I think the idea is that you get to cuddle the lambs if you lot provide the cake!:lol:

Louise - you've still got time to drive down here in time for the vet's

visit to the cows on Jan 8th ( ):lol: It is supposed to be the lady vet but she's decided to send the man  - all we need to do now over the Christmas break, is train them to stand still in the crush......... :?

Having fun here again.....the three semi-feral kittens are getting quite big so we have to catch them before they become pregnant. They are the offspring of the one cat we couldn't catch last year. We wanted to catch them earlier in the year and rehome them as tiny kittens but after we caught Mum, and had her spayed, she hid all the kittens for weeks.

We've been feeding all the cats since we moved here and gradually the kittens joined the others to eat.

Carl managed to catch two last evening but not the last one  The two are at the vets being neutered.

We've decided to try and rehome these as the father is from anohter farm and they are not as inbred as the others. The local cat rescue centre was useless - again!!! the vets don't have anyone wanting kittens....... so I "Ooops, word censored!"bled Clare :D

She has a friend who may be interested if they are girls :D - phoned the vets to find out.......... and they are both boys :( Clare is still waiting to hear from her friend...... I'm hoping the photo I sent will sway it :D

They are gorgeous grey kittens with white socks and bibs - anyone else in the area need kittens? We need to home them by tomorrow at the latest as we won't be able to catch them in the trap again - they won't go near it once they've experienced being caught.

If we don't home them then we'll just add them to our collection - a few more mouths to feed - and a lot more cat poo in the veggie plots

Neutered boys are really lovely, very affectionate. They sound beautiful and I would love one, but I have an allergic daughter, so can't. :( I hope somebody wants them Lesley.

Would you like an expensive dog instead then?

We had to take Jazz to the Vets tonight - she has cut a pad on her front paw and it wouldn't stop bleeding  She is all bandaged up, antibiotics to take and we're £57 worse off :?

She has a plastic bag thing to wear as a welly when we take her out - do you think they do Crocs wellies for dogs? :D
