chuckmum6
What a gorgeous pic, they obviously get along with each other Arhh yes ummmm ..........I would love to say yes, but .....Duffle is deaf ( + a bit slow) and didn't actually know Onion was there , he has been unimpressed with chickens since the dustbath incident.............. Duffle was enjoying an afternoon snooze in HIS garden when a whole cluck of hens came pecking for titbits near his tail and nether reigons if you please! This was further exasperated by the very same shameless hens dustbathing near him and in the plant pots around him. The end result was a cat covered in soil and moldy leaves, slightly dented pride and a couple of ruffled feathers! None of it helped by his owner (me) in fits of giggles. So the moral is : Don't always believe what you see in pictures!
Chucky Mama
that is so funny. I did wonder whether the cat was actually still alive so I am relieved to hear that his is only deaf

chuckmum6
You've nicked our cat - that mog is spitting image of our Honey. Give her back Duffle is no Honey, he's a super mog!!! He weighs in at just short of a stone! He is caught here in a rare outdoor moment, his normal quest in life is to ensure that the sofa doesn't float away. He tend to only move briefly off it to the food bowl and back, with a 'quick' dash out for a wee under his bush (the closest to the catflap). However, late autumn sunshine to warm his ample tummy does bring on a change in our cat, as displayed here, when he swaps the sofa for the hens dust bath!
