abwsco
Went out for a bit this afternoon. Came back and noticed that someone with mahoosive feet had walked up the drive and then up round the lounge window and peered in. They definately weren't there before I went out Found it creepy but DH thinks I'm being daft
Redwing
How strange, I think it would make me unsettled too.. Given that the snow means they leave tracks its unlikely to be sinister though
Egluntyne
Maybe just a friend dropping by on the off chance that you would be in?

abwsco
Not quite big enough for a Yeti -lol No parcel or postie either as they'd already been. Only friend who has massive feet was at work so it wasn't him. I'll go with the option of Father Christmas having a nosey as that sounds nicer than what my over active mind is thinking. Oooh, spooky.........I've lived in this house for 6 1/2 years and I can still occasionally smell cigarette smoke in my (the main) bedroom. In case it's 'left over' from previous occupant the walls have been washed down and repainted, the curtains have been washed and the capret shampood several times yet the smell is STILL there, not constant, just comes and goes. I think I must have a ghost that smokes . Nicola.

I think smoke lingers for a long time ..... I bought my gran's house 15yrs ago and I can still smell my Grandads distinctive homegrown pipe tobacco from time to time. The strange thing is I even get a whiff of it in our new extension which was built nearly 20 yrs after he died. My hubbie has smelt it too. It is quite comforting really. Alis girls
I hadnt been using Ulladex - I checked with the neighbours and no one smoked in the house who we bought it off. Our CD would turn itself on ad off at random. Never felt scared thou. I think it may have been my dead grandad as I was in the middle of mourning my mums death and had a new baby and home - all a bit much in 1 year.
