Egluntyne
Plenty of recipes on the **Hellman's site** . The 'Chill Out' turkey is very nice. Coronation turkey by another name.
Alis girls
Thanks Eglutyne - I had seen it advertised but had forgotten about it. The tortilla thing looks nice. Have you tried any of them?
Cinnamon
Jamie did a wonderful looking Turkey & sweet leek pie on his show over christmas. I am doing it tomorrow, but with ham & chicken instead of the turkey. http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/turkey-recipes/turkey-and-sweet-leek-pie
Snowy
We've done the turkey curry and whats left has gone into a big bowl of coronation turkey as it is eldest sons most favourite sandwich filler!

Patricia W
I'm just doing the Jamie Turkey and Leek pie tonight. Just sweating down the leeks and it smells divine...... hope the rest goes as well...
Daphne
With the leftover gammon we've had sandwiches a few times and made soup with some of the stock and frozen the rest. Tonight I'm making a tomato sauce with slow fried onion and a bit of garlic/chili and some small cubes of ham and parsley to go on pasta, then freezing the rest of it to make a chicken/ham/leek pie when I feel like facing it again. What about slow fried ham and leek and add either stock/wine/cider to the pan, reduce down and enrich with cream (or not) to go on pasta? Or spaghetti carbonara made with ham? Cinnamon
Same here It did make a huge amount,so I have frozen enough pie filling for one more pie (only 3 meat eaters in the house) It worked well with my leftover ham & a bit of cooked chicken
Alis girls
left over ham disappeared down teenage son and his friend - just turkey to sort now.
majorbloodnock
Savoyarde Gratin works just as well with turkey as with chicken.
