Guest
sounds like total rubbish to me. You're allowed by law to sell your surplus eggs without any sort of business license, it's classed as 'farm gate sales' and you don't need to prove any sort of innoculations etc. http://www.poultry.allotment.org.uk/Chicken_a/Chicken_Egg_Excess/farm-gate-egg-sales.php http://www.countrysmallholding.com/features-vet's-forum-what-are-rules-on-selling-eggs?--242420

Jools
AFAIK it's commercial egg sellers who need all i's dotting and t's crossing. There's another good article here If you were at all worried, you could easily get a droppings sample tested by your vet or by Retfords. johnandkymberley
We always sell eggs on after we've had our fill... we sell them to neighbours, family and i to work friends.. Work has no problem with selling them tbh we recently put the price up due to Feed rising and all other raising costs 6 eggs @ £1.90 10 eggs @ £2.20 12 eggs @ £2.50 our neighbours told us that were actually under-pricing them lol
