stoice
I finally joined Twitter last week. Still don't really know what I'm doing but chose to 'follow' the BHWT and omlet as a starter. No brainer actually. Well now I'm being 'followed' by Petzpodz. Feel like I'm being stalked with all this talk of following! LOL. Anyway, has anyone seen what these guys produce? I'm actually stunned that they claim 'Brand new patented innovation for Chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits'. Don't know how to share my follower so i can't show you, but their designs are so close to omlet! If you're on twitter i guess you can search? Bit of a numpty about twitter so not sure. Just a bit surprised.
Sam
Oh wow Click here for their website... how can they patent that when it is SO similar to the eglu! I wonder if their product will catch on
chicken bark
I steer clear of Twitter and stuff but I did google PetzPodz. It'll be interesting to find out how much they cost - do look like an eglu rip off at first glance.
bigmommasally
Is that just one roosting bar, if it is it looks way too thin and the nesting boxes look tiny. The ones with the cage doors just look like pet carriers and the run height looks very low. All in all I no likey
ThinkingChickens
My girls would be ticked off if I had to lift the lid every day to collect eggs. Also, it looks awkward for cleaning if you can't take the whole lid off. Seems my shoulders would get in the way. I don't like copy cats, but I guess it's more than 10% different so they may get away with it. As far as twitter, just tweet about what interests you, quotes, what you are doing. Follow anyone that has related interests. Remember, it's about having fun and not getting to know anyone personally.
Egluntyne
Gosh, they do look interesting. I wonder where they got their inspiration from?

Lewis
I saw this a few days ago. Very close in designs... I'm surprised someone hasn't tried to copy it before, at least change it a bit more?! We popped into HQ this afternoon - Omlet are aware + on the case
Chortle Chook
I think that the blatant design theiving is rather shocking. Can't help but wonder if it has been produced by someone who once worked for Omlet
