Alis girls
Earlier this month ES cracked his head open - the house looked like the set of CSI - blood everywhere. Today elderly dad fell and cracked his cheekbone - hes now sporting a shiner of a black eye. Checked out be hospital and all ok - managed to eat soup and yoghurt as his mouth is sore. i am thinking of buying crash helmets for us all - including cats and chickens - I am knackered I can tell you. surfer_chicken
My Dad manages give himself a head injury on pretty much every family holiday. So far he has slipped on heavily barnacled rocks in Wales; gone over the top of his bike in France (with no helmet!) and even succeeded to get hit by a car in Germany this time last year (he checked the wrong way for cars ), so if you find any fashionable crash helmets for everyday use please point them out! I hope your dad feels better soon
Alis girls
Will do - thanks everyone - the elderly do seem to bruise badly - and I have warned him about after shock and tiredness. In some ways I am glad he did it here rather than at home - as at least i can keep an eye on him.

pips_pekins
I am knackered I can tell you. Oh crikey! I hope both ES and your dad are feeling better. Not surprised you are feeling the strain. I hope this weekend is uneventful and you get a good rest. What about getting everyone one of these? That way, if they fell over they would just bounce http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0013Y5GWO/ref=asc_df_B0013Y5GWO5016581?smid=A2U1HFY5XPF3O&tag=googlecouk06-21&linkCode=asn&creative=22218&creativeASIN=B0013Y5GWO
