I have to decode this puzzle as part of a Geocache I am doing; however I have not the first clue about such matters; could anyone do it or tell me what type of of cypher it is?

You have to put the code into a code reader such as those on Purplehell. In this case, this type of code is of the minimalist variety....then you have to solve the new code & then you finally have the answer. No one has solved it yet. I tried to put the new code on here but it isn't displaying properly. I might try it again by way of a screen shot...

A clue is 'Hello World' & asp. I think this is something to do with computer coding

"Hello World" is 'always' the first programme you write when you learn a new computing language.

Not sure what it can mean in this context - will think about it.

 

Do you know approximately where it is - ie Cornwall, Devon etc. - might help narrow the possibilities down

The main clue for it was 'This might get you arrested' .

Wherever it is, it's an almost level walk, that's why I'm thinking that it might still be the Penzance area.
