I have a gate like that but the opening is at the top..I fiddle with it sometimes so if they get to grips with that they are clever! Great for stopping them coming in but if they do like one of yours Clover tut tuts at the others sneaking in and then goes "oh alright then"

The top latch doesn't meet properly so I was relying on the bottom clip. Guess I will be investing in a new one, but that seems mean!
