Laura & CTB
I'm glad it's not just me then I find it really hard to put into words what I'm trying to say without writing an essay
Mel (& Paul)
And of course the problem with posting is that the words dont have "eyebrows" - so you cant always tell the meaning behind the words.
KeymerKim
Oh Tracey - I'm sorry to hear you are feeling down. Sometimes life just seems to pooh on you from a great height (there's that P word again) I just hope that things take a better turn for you soon. Here's a poem what I wrote: If you’re feeling lonely If you’re feeling blue Get on the Omlet forum We’ll be here for you Lotsa Love KeymerKim xxxx
Richard
I came late to this thread. Firstly LadyLucan - definately not a pest. Forums don't work if people don't post. Lots of people lurk, reading but not posting that much. Thats cool and their choice. However, some of us have a lot to say. That's cool as well. Some, like me but unlike you, don't engage their brain before sending their posts - again that's fine and you just have to put up with me! Booze and emails - wow, there's a big bit of chicken poo if ever there was one. Mix a few glasses of wine, a nice juicy topic and a reply to all button and you have a recipe for disaster. I've gone into virtual hiding several times becos of that You can have the tablets if you like - I'm off them for a few weeks (something to do with the sun shining - perhaps it means I'm not SAD anymore) but whatever you do keep posting. Cate in NZ
I just wish sometimes that we were all a bit nearer so we could all drop in on each other for a natter and a cuppa as we all get on so well. .... ( MARTIN INCLUDED x and Richard whos pills i am still after. I'm near enough Tracey, and the kettles always ready to go on , (I can do pepsi max or whatever as well ) No pills here though I'm afraid, but loads of chatter There's no pests on here, this forum's a fabulous friendly place and all are welcome. Couperman
We all have bad times and can't seem to see the light at the end of the tunnel and when you do it's a train or some git with a torch bringing more work. My bad year was last year when my mum died suddenly far too young. I have changed because of it, partly for the better partly for the worse, my priorities have changed. I know if I had been on here at the the time it would have made life a bit easier for me. It's often easier to talk to people you 'Know' but have never met. It is also to easiy to offend someone by text by accident and even easier to think you have when you haven't I'm getting back to my old self now or as near as I can. As far as being a pest goes, I don't think so. You should read some of my replies to posts, I have felt so embarrassed reading them back. comedy where it's not appropriate kind of thing. Chin up Kev. Kathy C
I've got to go to work in a little bit. It's an induction week for my new job, so red wine, paracetamol, expresso etc all gratefully received as I am in information overload. In truth I am absolutely delighted, and excited at the thought of what I am about to do. I just want to get on and actually DO it.
