My girls are just finishing their worming week and the medicated pellets will soon be out of date. Can I just let them finish them? Or would they then be over-medicated so I should actually just chuck them.

I always use them up. You could mix them with their normal pellets

That's not a bad idea Chickabee thanks - they do seem to really like them

We put ours in an airtight container and used them out of date. Perhaps that was a bit foolish considering they may have gone off (sour crop) or have been ineffective. You can re-worm them three weeks later I think, so could you do that to use them up or isn't there enough? I would worry about overmedicating or under dosing in case worms build an immunity to the Flubenvet.

I never even knew this existed! It will make life much simpler for me, having it all pre-combined with pellets.
