Chucky Mama
It is awesome!!!!! I bought the V6 Fluffy version and it is so good. It has more suction than my Sebo cylinder and I would highly recommend it. They are stupidly expensive but I got £160 off by buying it from the Dyson outlet on eBay
Alis girls
Had to look this up. Very nice. I thought it might be the one cats ride round on while it hoovers.
Blackrocksrock
Have one of the earlier ones - its good I use it instead of a brush and dustpan basically in the kitchen and its grand for a quick run round and very light. Your one looks very nice.
chickencam
I will have to have a look, I am a fan of the Dyson and have been wondering about these.
Cinnamon
I have been pondering one of these for a while. I have a Sebo, which I love, but that cord really gets in the way. I also have a Roomba (the one cats sit on!), which is great for keeping the dog hair down to a bare minimum, but I do like using a 'proper' hoover. I like the way these can be used as a hand held too. And they looked very impressive in a test on a TV show I saw recently. £160 off is awesome! WitchHazel
I have the V6 and it is amazing. So light and easy, t's easier than using a broom and a dustpan and brush so I use it for all the small hoovering jobs as well as the full hoovering. I love it's edge-to-edge suction. I have a Roomba too, and I use that upstairs. It's great at cat hair collecting.
Blackrocksrock
Now that is what I need - a roomba!
Cinnamon
Roombas are great - I love mine. But you still need a vacuum for the stairs & skirting board tops!
Blackrocksrock
Bungalow and long handled microfibre thing for the skirting boards!!.
Cinnamon
Decided to invest in a cordless Dyson too, & it has just arrived Its VERY pretty - a lovely metallic blue colour with pink on it too. Can't wait to try it out. One question for those in the know. As the battery wears down does it get slower & slower, then stop, or does it just stop suddenly? TBH I can't see myself doing 20 mins of vacuming anyhow
WitchHazel
Mine just stops suddenly. You only get 20 mins on low power. If you use it on high power (which I normally do) the time is much less. The theory is that, because you have to keep the button pressed, you only have it working while its vacuuming. In my case, I keep my finger depressed while I'm moving around. The time is usually enough for me to do the vacuuming I need to do, I don't tend to vac the whole house at once.

Chucky Mama
Hi Chucky, just wondering how you are getting on with this? Is it any good for stairs? Ax Love it! It is very handy. I wish the battery lasted a bit longer. It is great for stairs. I am always shocked at how much it picks up, I must have a very dirty house! It is so convenient to use. I have not used my cylinder cleaner since I bought it.

Chucky Mama
Check out the Dyson outlet on eBay
Cinnamon
I got the 'Fluffy' as it is good for hard floors. I got it from John Lewis, as it had £50 off, plus I get a discount there, so it made sense. And the guarantee is longer. I liked the price of them at the Ebay outlet, but they were sold out
sparkysmum
I got the 'Fluffy' as it is good for hard floors. Cinnamon, is the "fluffy" also good for stairs? Ax
Chucky Mama
The Fluffy has an extra head for hard floors. It comes with a smaller head for stairs too. It actually comes with a head for carpet, hard floor, small one for stairs, narrow thing for edges and a smaller on that I use for the seats in the car.
