soapdragon Posted June 19, 2016 Share Posted June 19, 2016 Some of you may remember that I posted some time ago about dear Bob, our dwarf Russian hamster who ADORED brassicas! The query was, whilst eating so many sprouts, do hamsters fart? We never actually came to any totally positive conclusion in spite of some very interesting technical info from Lewis However, some 18 months or so later, I can confirm that hamsters do too fart ES had brought his dwarf Russian down to the sitting room a week or so ago as he was trying to sleep and she had clearly just woken up and wanted to have a mega wheel session and so keep him awake. Tho we had bought one of those silent disc type wheels she still manages to make a racket on it ES went back to bed and I decided to get Apple out as she was wide awake. Said hamster was banned to kitchen after that. Whats the different between normal and Russian hamsters? Cossack dancing!! Sorry being silly.
