Anyone watching this?

Several observations

1 every household has same wineglasses

2 how does a half inebriated woman get around so much hope she's not driving

3 what happened to pudding in episode 2?

4 how come Doc is able to access a teenage boys bedroom and parents not aware. Any woman wanting to chat to my 16 year in his room has to get past mom!

Hahahaha

I did LOOOOVE the first season! Not sure about this season yet.

SPOILERS!!!

I can't quite buy the complete 180 degree turnaround the son has made regarding the dad.

No police is involved whatsoever although:

- they have broken into eachothers houses

- she drank wine with a minor

- the dad is clearly harassing her with the estate agents

:lol::lol: And how does a GP get away with walking out of work, whenever.Consulting in waiting room and being such a ..............I do like programme though I do find the stories a tad far fetched , especially last series. Maybe I was lucky and just worked with nice GPs. Am loving that house. Apparently they got £5000 a day while it was used for filming

Glad I'm not the only one wondering what happened to dessert

The scene where she's watching Max then drinking wine and talking to him in his room made me very uncomfortable.

And the new GP revealing what her son had come to talk about is completely out of order. Every medical professional I know is rigorous about not discussing patients with anyone else.

Simon is a [cant think of a word that wouldn't be censored here]

Everyone raves about this, I thought I'd try watching series 1 but I just don't care enough about the characters to continue watching ... I must be missing something clearly as it's very popular. I have to say the comments above haven't made me want to try again!

Stupid ending. I mean he's ( the son Tom) 16 got no phone no money and no experience of life. Then we see Gemma back at work as if not a care in the world.

So series 3 will start with him dead, working as a male proz or homeless. I found it all a bad ending. Such a pet down.

I know what you are saying but without money a roof etc its a big bad world out there. Lets face it we are loving parents - when our chicks leave at 18 for uni or whatever we mourn but offer moral and financial support. I left at 18 for nursing school - was green naive and totally useless at looking after myself - however I had a roof, fairly supportive parents and lovely friends all in the same boat. I think I am right in thinking you are a foster (scuse pun) mum so you will have more experience of youngsters in peril than I ever will. Most parents would be bereft but Dr F just carries on she really is a unlikeable character. As for her old man - dont get me started on him .. They are frankly the worst example of parents I have ever seen. Anyway waiting for series 3 now
