feemcg
Ever seen 15 chicks all dustbathing at once? - mine were all at it today, it was quite comical to see them all doing it together. Only problem is they were dustbathing in a heap of chick crumb they'd chucked out their feeder

feemcg
They're 4 1/2 weeks old - I took about 10 pics and this was the best one as they were all frantically dustbathing and the rest of the pics are all blurred. You can see all the little boy combs developing (and the bad boy who's been fighting and got a bloody wattle )

feemcg
They're Cream Legbars ali-s - the Gingernuts are out of shot. They've kind of stuck to their own little groups for the pic (which they do from a very early age) with the girls to the left and boys to the right - the boys having the grey barring and comb development. ali-s
Lovely blue eggs I'm very envious of you being able to hatch lots of chicks and ducklings When I eventually move will you supply me with some big girls? I would love cream legbars
