Poorly chicken

I am sure I have seen these on the site somewhere but cannot find them!

I need to remove the run from my cube to get it into a stable(!) for the winter, but the skirt makes it too wide to wheel in so it needs to come off. We have built an enclosed run outside the stable and it looks magnificent. I have incorporated lots of ideas from the gallery photos, and hope my girls appreciate it! Thanks to all those who commented on my earlier emails.

Will it be safe to leave the run off if they are in an enclosed area??

I have just found what I thought would be instructions in the 'Library' section but when I go in there it is back copies of the newsletter - is there a problem with the site or my computer?!

I have just had a look for you and can only find detailed instructions for the eglu assembly. The cube appears to be missing.

My Cube was one of the first ones sent out and doesn't have any instructions - only ones for the Eglu! Aaargh!! Might be worth calling Omlet HQ to see if they can email some to you, Roxanne? Their number is 0845 4502056. Good luck!!

Thanks guys! In light of there being no visible instructions I think we will have to pull the whole thing apart and start from scratch - am off to do it now!!

The run is held onto the CUbe using four screws and penny washers. if I remember rightly, you should be able to remove the run without dismantling the whole thing,........I think.

I just had a look, and I was wrong, you will have to take it all apart.

 

I think it would be much better if you could easily remove the run where it joins the Cube for mucking out.

 

I am going to have a look to see if I can come up with a bracket of some sort to allow me to do it.
