I was appalled when I saw this on the news, I think it happened last year - I even e mailed Bernard Matthews when I saw it I was so

 

Hubby is a chicken catcher and the company he works for has strict guidelines and the animal welfare is paramount. They are regularly inspected. Hubby also knows how strong I feel about animal cruelty so if he witnessed it - he would report it immediately. All the chaps he "catches" with are of the "older" more mature generation - So I think that helps also.

The sad fact is there are evil people in the world but my beef with BM is their checks and balances should have picked up this cruelty long before it was uncovered by someone with a hidden camera!

 

The company have a history of animal cruelty and I am gobsmacked they are still in business.

I know 2 wrongs dont make a right, but, wouldnt it be "interesting" if these 2 ********* were beaten up by someone brandishing a pole..........

as far as I know, all they got was 200 hours community service.
