Egluntyne
The Beatles?Cliff Richard? Now you are talking! Mamas and Papas ...yep Hermans Hermits....I was very young when they were about! Peters and Lee I saw them live once....they were a support act to somebody totally forgettable....and they were surprisingly good. If you remember, he was blind, and she was so discrete and clever in the way she guided him around the stage. The Hollies...fab. Have seen them live too. Tremendous. I had a bit of a Tamla Mowtown phase when I was a teenager too. Glen Miller indeed. *snorts derisively* Mario Lanza!! Shakin' Stevens!!! Purleez Russ Conway!! Whoever mentioned him has to be as old as I am! Englebert Humperdink....I could never abide a man with a chest wig. Fancy someone remembering about my Kenwood Chef!
