Rolo Rabbit
I've just been on my first poo picking session and survived to tell the tale! What amazed me was not so much the quantity but the size!!! Someone in there is doing whopper poos. But you'll be glad to hear they were all a good colour and consistency apart from one rather nasty runny brown one. This is like being back at Mums and Toddlers discussing nappies. You never think you'll sink that low.
jomaxsmith
One of mine does one as soon as she is let out of the Eglu in the morning that would rival a labrador's! It's fascinating, isn't it! Jo

Lindsay
Don't worry ... we love talking about poo here!! ... it's not so great when it's on the bottom of your boots though ... and you've just dashed into the kitchen to answer the phone !! Egluntyne
This is like being back at Mums and Toddlers discussing nappies. You never think you'll sink that low. It is a favourite topic of conversation on the forum. I reckon that because we can't actually see the expressions on other Omleteers faces, we let rip with the descriptions in a way that we might not in their parlour. We even post photos from time to time!

Chillicat
One out of our five is still doing yellowy runny poos, which I wipe off the roosting bars with a tissue every morning Other than that, they are neatly formed little packages! WitchHazel
Yesterday, Delilah bent over to peck at something on the run floor, and it looked like she had a bald patch on her bottom. Then she squirted a large poo out, and the bald patch disappeared. It looked like she pulled her knickers up. Did I imagine this, or has anyone else seen anything like this? jomaxsmith
Did I imagine this, or has anyone else seen anything like this? Not sure quite how to put this delicately but I have noticed this most with my black hen (the pink being more obvious on her!). I think it's their vent contracting to push the poo out. Sarah B
I have only had 8 or so chip shop curry sauces sometimes if they are mobile whilst pooing I get a brown worm like (not a worm) poo, but mainly it's the healthy half ' Vienesse whirls', but I did have one absolute stinker when they came as they were stressed ewwwwwwwwww I opened the egg port and reached LOL
