I have lost 2 kg - not much I know but am pleased all the same I havent started WW - my friend is now saying she isnt going and I wanted some moral support. I dont really want to do the diet thing - itz made much harder with a coelliac husband (who is also a caveman when it comes to vegetables!) but I have stopped drinking on three nights a week - not much I know, but I tried giving up Mon-Fri and found Mondays so horrible I loved my g&t when I got home. So now I have 1 g&t on Mondays, nothing Tues - Thursday, and a couple of glasses of wine Friday and on Sat / Sun.....welll, I'm working on it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
