Cinnamon
Thought I would add what we have had this week. Like Kaz I always plan my meals a week in advance. However, unlike Kaz,I am far to disorganised to do 3 meals a day.Breakfast would usually read "grabbed slice of marmite & toast from unsuspecting daughters plate" & lunch "whatever special Pret has this week"! MONDAY - Roast Chicken, roast pots, peas & carrots TUESDAY - Sweet & Sour Chicken (leftover from roast),eggy fried rice, stir fry pak choi WEDNESDAY -Tray baked sausages (from farmers market) with new pots & brocolli THURSDAY - Hubby out so Pizza for all! FRIDAY- Smoked Haddock Chowder SATURDAY - Thai Salmon & Coconut Rice SUNDAY - Lamb & Rosemary Kebabs, pittas & lambs lettuce, topped with homemade tzatziki I also boiled up the roast chicken carcuss for a soup base & put it in the freezer for the following week
