Mrs Frugal
Chocolate . Hope you're feeling better soon, Imogen. Take it easy. When I was poorly at home, Mum always used to make me a lemon drizzle cake with granulated sugar mixed with lemon juice instead of icing sugar and lemon juice as the topping and it's just fabulously zesty and made me feel better in no time - well, after a few slices anyway . Omletina Kyckling
My mum used to make me semolina pudding with a smiley face made out of sultanas on top. To this day, if I say I'm under the weather, mum says "what you need is a smiley pudding"..... I find wine and chocolate works best these days!! How weird I used to make a smiley dish of hot Ready Brek mixed with honey with a sultana smile for my kids when they were poorly. chelsea
mmm I would go for the hot buttered crumpet option We always had to have "knorr chicken noodle soup" when I was a kid. They do still make it though! Soup is a real comfort food. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Hope you are feeling better soon. us too but I bet it's not made with free range chicken so I wouldn't eat it now, shame. She used to take lots of packet soups with us when we went away in the caravan.
