Babs our tame 2 year old Pekin Bantam is now on YouTube!

I love the way she runs down to the patio for food.

 

She has only just started laying again this year, after we only had a handful of eggs last year. She thinks she is a dog!

She is a pekin bantam.

She runs like that everyday as soon as I get back from school

 

If she sees someone in any of the windows or if you knock on the the window she will come scurrying down towards the house!

Babs is starstruck, so has decided to go broody!

 

But she is rubbish broody because if you bring her in the house she is as happy as larry, if she goes back outside she curls up and sits down!

we have two pekins, and that comical run is my favourite thing about them.. we are reguarly all reduced to tears of laughter by their antics

 

now if only they would lay some eggs!!
