bronze Posted May 31, 2008 Share Posted May 31, 2008 My gripe was Escala being called orginal Erm hello Simon surely you're heard of Bond. they're something liek the top seliing string quartet of all time. I actually watched it (dh watches some tosh really) and all I wanted was that something original one it so the dancing dog, Strike or the duo with the guy with the broom would have done it for me. I said at the time to Andy that all the singers would be signed up by SC anyway - there was no way he was going to miss out on making a bit of money! I was also saying about Escala / Bond (who's albums I have). Surely SC at least knows they exist The one thing I was pleased to see was that the judges were not harsh or nasty with their comments to the children, as a lot of them were obviously very shy, and only came out of themselves when performing. It would have been crushing for them to receive the full 'barbed' version that we have sometime witnessed on these things.
