Is anyone else finding the forum very slow again or is it just my geriatric computer grumbling?

Yes, same here. I gave up about an hour ago but it's OK again now. Likewise I thought it was my computer/connection at first, but other sites were OK, it was a very slow forum!

I've been finding the Omlet forum slow for a while. Sometimes it is so slow my internet connection disconects I've stopped replying to posts and do not start many new topics anymore Yesterday I managed to post one reply in the Chicken bit and then gave up with the Omlet forum Other forums and sites are fine

if they've upgraded in the last month, for me it has got progressively worse. I use firefox on my mac and the problem is made worse because to open threads in new tabs, the new tab and one I'm in starts loading, but neither end up loading!

 

I've started to use the forum less (more late at night) because it is getting slower but it means it's much harder to contribute to threads.

im also on a mac and with firefox but im not having any problems and when i do any other pages/forums im on are slow to load too!

I have had problems today with posting, I keep getting told that the session is invalid I haven't got any arrows showing new posts either, and I have been logged out by the forum
