......... a few months ago I bought a lovely wooden trug with the view to either turning it into a planter or storing books in it.............but time got in the way and it's just be sitting in the conservatory waiting to be put to good use :roll:

I think a use has now been found for it

Brilliant  Must be a black and white cat thing because we've got one too and she very quickly turns any kind of box/container into a bed. She has a lovely old fashioned wicker shopping basket (now complete with cushion) which she sleeps in on our sideboard

Mine absolutely LOVE a box of any sort!! Have you ever seen a puss trying to get into one of those boxes that catfood puches come in,the 12 pack?? Its truly hilarious!! Also those rigid-ish reuszable supermarket bags are fair game too!

Now if Poppy Puss (aka Fat Cat) could get into one of those, that would be a picture :lol:

What makes me :roll: is Tizzy will sleep very happily in the bowl or the trug until 20 seconds before I want to sit in my chair - then she makes a dash for it, gets there before me and adopts the 'you wouldn't disturb a cute little kitten' look

edited to say - love the picture JooJoo :D :D

:D What sweet pictures... that black and white furry cuddly adorable cat looks just like our Splodge... isnt' it sweet how they settle in anything? My avatar tells a lot about our Shaman, and we also find them inside umbrellas left to dry and all kinds of places... the other day Shaman insisted on lying down on the lego building ground, trying to fit into the house DD2 and DD3 were building... except the house was more rat-sized than Shaman-sized...

Don't they just all look like they own the place???

Lovely cat photos :D

My 2 have taken to their beds this morning after coming back in through the catflap almost at the same time as going out  They are not impressed with the weather. I am seriously considering either lighting the logburner or putting the heating on to dry my washing  Either option would also lead to happier cats.

Same here - the two old cats, Jack Cat and Poppy Puss have taken to their armchairs and aren't budging :D:D

Only Tizzy Kit (in the photos) keeps hurtling in and out of the catflap :? Probably because she's only 11 months old and is full of energy

Wouldn't mind but every time she comes back in, she wet and muddy and keeps walking over the paperwork I'm trying to do :roll:
