Guest
they are gorgeous, love the last pic but perhaps we should refer anyone thinking of doing this back to your original thread as pics of cute ickle chicks are very enticing! They're so gorgeous Oh yes absolutely!!! feel free to add the link as not sure how myself... just thought it was better to have new thread rather than making a long one but with hindsight maybe it would have been better to add to original justification To clarify for those tempted my rule of thumb for everything I do is ... The 5 P's adapted in this case to Prior Preparation Prevents Poultry Problems or Prior Preparation Prevents Poorly Poultry I would not have entertained this unless I had fully prepared for before, during and after hatch including and most importantly homes for any boys. Egg Lou
Awwwwwww they are so cute! I just want to pick them up and cuddle them!! I can not actually belive how adorable they are!! I know the feeling! I go straight out to them once home from work as miss all my girls but these even more at the moment as growing every day! If anyone is passing they are more than welcome to popin for a cuddle while still fluffy! I went put them in the "daytime" nursery this morning and they were already at the hutch door cheeping to come out.. they have all got in a good routine now as Mum moves herself then supervises while I lift each chick into run. they do wait in turn very sweetly if a little noisy.. just hope they get a bit quieter as they grow Their wing feathers are really growing now and once in run they do funny little practise hops skips and jumps trying to fly I'll wait till they have grown a few more days to post more pics so you can see the difference.
