Jillus
I have just read a news story in todays Mail that states that Victoria and David Beckham are using a new beauty product that contains Nightingale Poo! Do you think we should try what we all have loads of and see if we too can con the rich and famous ( and gullable?)?

Cinnamon
Its actualy been an ingredient thats been used for many, meny years. I believe the Geishas of ancient Japan used a face cream with Nightingale droppings in,to get rid of the thick white make up they used to wear on their faces. Not that that would tempt me to try it myself
dancing cloud
Not that I'm any oil-painting myself, but neither of them actually looks that good, despite the best efforts of the nightingales . I think Jillus may be onto something here - it's certainly good for the garden, organic, fresh, all-natural - may need some work on the fragrance ... Gamebird
How do they 'harvest' nightingale poo? Does it mean they keep the birds in cages? Battery nightingales?

Richard T
I am prepared to suffer and shall not be using Nightingale Poo until it is confirmed as coming from free-range, organically reared nightingales.
