My faves are The Pogues' "Fairytale of New York" (special to OH and myself) and Greg Lake's "I believe in Father Christmas" because I love the crescendo of the last verse.

 

That said I am a sucker for most Christmas songs and play them regularly throughout December. Own up. Who watched the TOTP2 Christmas special last night?

I think Greg Lake has to be my favourite - I love the line "with eyes full of tinsel and fire". Followed closely by "Fairy tale of New York". But I also love the whole of Phil Spectre's christmas album and would have that playing almost constantly over the next few days if I could get away with it!

And the Darkness Christmas video always makes me smile.............it's just soooo silly

Let it Snow is OH's favourite. I like the Sleighbell Ride oldie song and for modern Shakin' Stevens. Can't bear to listen to the Gary Glitter song anymore - makes me shudder.
