I LOVE Christmas leftovers, & the meal we are having tonight is the one I look forward to the most over the holidays.

Cold turkey (of course), cold Nigellas aromatic Ham (divine), Mash, baked beans, cold sprouts, cold bread sauce & lots of pickles

Along with some of those parma ham & blue cheese straws I made earlier.

 

Tomorrow is traditionally our Turkey Curry day, so we have a Turkey Rogan this year, with rice & poppadums.

 

And there is plenty of ham still for sandwiches.

 

Can I freeze cooked ham actually? - when I say I have plenty,I mean it

you could put some turkey on skewers & make a quick satay sauce with honey, peanut butter & soy sauce in the blender.

Sarah, you can freeze cooked ham. I do it often with no ill effects to the ham or my familly
