Blackrocksrock
And I am in the land of the malt whisky trail - I have 4 distilleries within 1 mile of my house. And loads more round and about. You must take a trip up here. Aberlour, Glenallachie, Ben Rinnes and Dailuaine distilleries, with Glenfiddich 4 miles away, macallan 3 miles away and alltabhainne 6 miles away, Cardhu 5 miles away Tormore about 8 miles away so its a great place to visit. We dont drive much - due to all the above products (only joking)

Guest
OK I'm trying to think what would attract Mark to Essex. We seem to be famous for one thing.......Not really that exciting though. I could organise a visit to Hyde Hall gardens, just around the corner but the Oak in the village is older than theirs. He could visit the school chickens. Ardene5
Dear Mark Have a great time.... but one question who is looking after your hens? Or are they coming with you to give you a fresh egg every day There should be an internet link some where on the ship >>> you could give us reports on where you have been and what the weather is like as a roving weather reporter. Have a lovely time what ever you do. Best regards Ian & Valerie
Egluntyne
Have a great time.... but one question who is looking after your hens? I bet Mark is thinking 'drat....I knew there was something I had forgotten' Don't forget Sunny Sheffield on your stopover. A good walk in the Peak district cures most things.
