Oh dear I should keep my thoughts to myself You know, thanks to that one little comment, I'll never be able to phone the 'mother eglu' again, without sniggering at the thought! They used to reply within a few days but now it's taking weeks. Maybe your email just got lost in space - try & send it again. Whenever i have sent Omlet email i usually get a reply the next day. This is the recycling box and it was dumped with all the recycling that day - needles to say the Royal Mail got a phone call from me Rosie was 3 at the time, and even she thought that it was a silly thing to do.
