Ain't Nobody Here
Thanks for that, Claret . I wanted to get that the other week but it was the Valentines one which I didn't really want.

AnnieP
Just been and got mine Clare, thanks! Will feed me for 3 nights, so an absolute bargain. Shame the bottle of wine won't last as long...
The Dogmother
It works really well for Rosie and I too, the orange juice is rubbish, so I get the wine and end up giving it to people.
WitchHazel
Ooh, thanks for posting this Clare. fter the success of the Valentine one, I decided to try it again, and once more I picked something I've never eaten before - Trout this time. I didn't realise that Trout was an orange colour. I mistook it for Salmon nd sked the poor lad who was trying to fill up the shelves where the Trout was. I did wonder if "loch trout" was a pseudonym for "farmed Salmon", but another M&S emplyee assured me it isn't. Is trout orange?

bronze
Is it supposed to be some kind of bargain? £30 feeds our family of five for a week
jlo
Is it supposed to be some kind of bargain? £30 feeds our family of five for a week Blimey - that's impressive. Do you have any tips?? I went to M & S today but the only main left was the turkey and I didn't fancy that!
Ain't Nobody Here
I bought the chicken (but had to supplement it with some breaded fish for the boys ), the stuffing (which I'm freezing), the lemon tart (which easily fed 4) and the wine which was lovely . I had to do my own veg. Very nice it was too but difficult to make into a whole meal unless you actually only have 2 mouths to feed . The Dogmother
I seent Phil down to get mine, with instructions not to get chicken unless it was free range (some chance ) We got... Scottish Haddock Gratin Mediterranean vegs Chocolate fudge pudding (very large one as they'd run out of the two small ones in a pack) Bottle of wine (to give away)

little chickadee
We had the fish pie which we weren't all that impressed with, and the profiteroles, which were lovely It makes a really nice treat once in a while instead of going out to a restaurant.
