Guest
since we got Molly I've been walking a lot more, I can't walk very fast so our 5 mile (approx) walk this evening took about 2 1/2 hours (perhaps more) and we did stop off at the pub on the way back for a slow half (opposite of a swift one!) but it was a lovely evening. It was sunny but a bit windy but on the whole very nice. We've discovered places near us we didn't even know existed, lovely grassy, pleasant walks including a lovely big pond with lots of ducklings! As my mother would say, I've got very rosey cheeks! AND, the best bit, I'm sure I'm losing weight! So, get a dog, lose weight! Simples! Ain't Nobody Here
Lovely photos and what a wee cutie Molly is . How come I've had a dog for 8 years and I've not lost any weight . Might have something to do with the amount I'm stuffing into my face, I suspect . Watch you don't fade away, Justine, there's not a lot on those bones . Guest
thank you for the lovely comments, especially regarding my ensemble! It's not fair though, Molly puts no effort into her look and still manages to look gorgeous! She's got 3 boyfriends so far (and counting!), Paddy the border terrier from over the road, Alfie, another Yorkie we met out walking and Bill the bischon frisee from the park. Such a floosy! Seagazer
That photo of Molly is just so gorgeous, what a sweet looking girl she is. I'm the same as Vicki, I don't seem to lose any weight no matter how far I walk with Cookie
missuscluck
I thought having a dog would help with my weight loss. What with the walks and giving him some of my meals when he sits looking at me whilst I eat However 10 years on I am most definatly fatter She is such a cutie and Im so pleased that you are having such a great time together. Gamebird
Molly really has fallen on her paws. What a lucky little girl she is to have such a caring and stylish owner. It's hard to imagine why anyone would abandon her in the first place with a face like that.
