i got my bamix, and it really is the best thing since sliced bread. its not just brilliant, its mega fantastically brilliant.

 

you must all go out and get one.

 

super smooth velvety soup, skimmed milk into whipped cream thickness, the list goes on and on.

You say smooth velvety soup.........does it get rid of all those air bubbles? My soup always looks foamy, which I hate!

just incase your interested, i had no icicng sugar rye other day, so i put some normal sugar in the grinder thingy and bamixed it!! tadaaaaa icicng sugar.

as I posted on the all things nice forum a while ago - I bought a baymix a few years ago. To me, it's THE only kitchen gadget worth having.

 

May be pricey - but worth it's weight in gold
