Lost the last of my original girls yesterday I got given Hermione last year along with her two sisters last May. My cousin had taken them off a friend who was moving to a house with no garden. They were about a year and a half/two then, and they were just wonderful characters. She had spent the last few days in the nestbox, and tbh I was wondering if she had taken a mad turn and gone a bit broody. She was still eating and drinking, but when I went to lock them in for the night last night, she had gone. So RIP Hermione sweetie, you were a wonderful girl to introduce me to the joys of chicken keeping xx
