It's so exciting Because we are going over straight after the school run tomorrow morning, I've just been busily getting everything ready for them in the cube

 

I want to go to bed now so I can wake it and it be tomorrow! I probably shan't be able to sleep tonight though lol

They're here! They are all sitting in the shade underneath the cube at the moment so I can't get a great picture yet...

 

But they are so gorgeous, they clucked all the way home every time we went over a bump! The fayoumis are very tiny, they're still cheeping yet

I am keeping an eye, of course nothing has settled yet so they are all sat there in the shade of the cube fast asleep! I am glad I bought the shades to go around the bottom because it does give them a lovely shady place to go when it's this hot. One of the appenzellers (I haven't decided which hen is which yet!) has used the glug and I have put a step underneath for the fayoumis as they are much shorter so giving them both the chance to easily reach it. One of the fayoumis has worked out where to find the food and has also learned to dig a great big hole in the woodchip and found a worm! Poor worm.
