At the end he asked how I thought it went + I said I thought I was too heavy and forceful with the pedals but he said I was better than most people and not to worry Next lesson is on Monday morning. Without it I lie awake for ages, with it I fall asleep instantly, weird! In summer too, maybe leave it if temperature is above 30c. Good evening peeps. I've kept clear of crazy peeps since I nearly made a big faux pas. On Sunday I saw all the lovely greetings & birthday cakes here & nearly said thank you, so kind, you shouldn't have...etc. Then realised that you hadn't , it was for a hen anniverary.
