We were really impressed with her grabbing the chicks for bed, but when it comes to Tipsy - she is always a bit of a handful and we usually get a little bit of a run around. Mum, well Tipsy was the last and she says "are you going to be a good girl, yes, you sure?" then whammy she's got the bird before she could croak "not on your nelly old lady!" Then zip into the cube - hardly any noise, no flapping, not with any of them - just WOW! And she didn't get covered in poo! Then wham bang and the cube is all shut up and covered. I think we can go out now without any worries. She can even get them in for their tea into their separate runs. Now if only I could find where she has put the cutlery and the wooden spoons - why is my saucepan in that cupboard? DD drove her home and on the way back we nearly had an accident with a person on a motorbike in the middle of the road on a bend - no lights. She was really frightened by the experience. Unbelievable! I wondered what the grey thing was at first. I think it was a trial bike by the look of the tyres, but I could be wrong - he was just in sight for a millisecond as he was going so fast. Well I'm off to write Mumsie a check list at her request and then I'm turning in. DD watching Robocop - nice relaxing film for her! I say the special effects are a little dated now. Nighty night. I said Saturday in case the wet Monday weather blew in quicker than forecast. OH said Sunday because the children have broken up for holidays and the roads would be busy. Judging by the forecast this morning, the Monday rain is indeed about to arrive later on today. It's one of those I told you so moments. Smug, smug, smuggy! Soon to get sog, sog, soggy! Debs, I emailed a rescue centre last night and got a reply ready for when I woke up - it was another no because they're too small.
