PurpleTree
Morning all, don't know if I am brave enough to really join all you crazies, after reading through the last few pages. Can't believe how many topics you got through. I'm 28, I do use Facebook, I don't think I've ever seen Die Hard (my hubby doesn't do romantic evenings either), I'm made my own bread quite a few times, I can speak a little bit of Welsh but my 4 yr old knows more. Have I covered everything? Can't believe it's raining again, booo!
Valkyrie
Purple Tree, it's like that all the time - you are perfect - we'll train you. Mwahaha! Daughter now asleep in bed. Hardly anyone turned up mainly because the friend organising it was not very good at it. Still, 14 youngsters in a huge tent. She didn't have any sleep because of the sound of: Cows mooing Pigs snorting Sheep baaing Cocks crowing Dawn chorus Snoring by those who did manage to get to sleep! Sounds ideal except for the snoring!
Space Chick
didn't you mean you are all nuts Debs????? That's what I thought Cookie Cloots had kindly sent me some Walnuts from her tree - they arrived today, I am rather excited but seen as you have prompted me..... You are all Nutes, You are all Nuts, You are all Nuts PurpleTree - You have met me, am I really that crazy? Although these lot do try and lead me astray..... I hope it stops raining in Cardiff soon, it is easing down the M4 at Neath, am hoping I can let the girls out for a decent free range soon. They only managed an hour yesterday before the heavens opened

Really hoping it's sunny tomorrow, me and hubby are off to the Sonisphere Festival in Knebworth, really don't want to be wading through mud all day. Debating about dying my hair red this afternoon. Valkyrie
We have 2 soggy fat birds, 3 quite dry little ones - they seem to be a bit more sensible! But 3 days on the trot and all's well in the cube. Going to try bed and tea time in the cube run tonight - cue grumpy Apache. We've been down the garden centre and I have a water pistol - whahey! Mainly for the naughty birds, but I may be tempted . . . Am I a nute too? Debs corrupts us - the shameless hussy! Runs away and hides again - Don't touch me, I am armed with a squirty weapon!!!! PurpleTree
I would really love to dye it purple, I've always wanted to, but don't know if I've got enough guts these days. Don't know how it'd go down at the museum either, even though it's only a voluntary job I'm doing.

Lewis
You could dye it a really dark purple so that its less obvious, or get one of those ones that wash out if you don't like it Bye Debs *waves*

PurpleTree
Well I've done it, I've bought purple - eeek! Lewis it'll look obvious whatever colour as I'm normally blonde (and grey ) Should fit in at the festival tomorrow though. I can always wear a hat if it looks terrible. Ooh what purple dye have you bought? Mine has been Ultra Violet Red for the past 4 years and I've absolutely loved it but I've just bought a new Schwarzkopf (sp?) purple one and it's properly purple. I've just had a look on the net to see if I can post a link but I can't find it on there straightaway. It's not the cyber purple one as that's more reddy. It's absolutely gorgeous (on the box) but I haven't been brave enough to do it yet. Doesn't help that I'm off work sick so I don't want to do that and have them thinking that I've been swanning around the hairdressers while I've been off

PurpleTree
It's the Schwarzkopf Cyber Purple one! They did have the other purple one too, so I was in a bit of a quandary. They didn't have any of the red left, so I went for this one. I will do it later once I've summoned up the courage - and read the instructions! Anyone want to come and give me a hand? I'm not very experienced with hair dyes.
emily95
My mum and dad have gone out for lunch with their friends, so I'm going to spend the afternoon on omlet and try and decide what I want to do with my hair. (I'm having it cut next week and don't know what to do with it. ) Em xxx

I'm not very experienced with hair dyes. That sounds lovely. It looks quite similar to the one that I've been using. I'm really excited about my new one so I might try and do it later this week. They are quite easy to do at home just make sure you've got plenty of old towels to drape around your neck and DON'T ANSWER THE DOOR WHEN YOU ARE DYING IT RED - I learnt from this. Someone thought I had been bludgeoned when I answered the door with red dripping down my face Good luck with it and let us see the piccies
